1. ORDERING

  • Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time. However, setting up an account with us will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us.

  • How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We ensure secure payment with PayPal. We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, and PayPal. Debit & Credit Cards are powered by Paypal so be confident everything is 100% secure. We do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers.

  • Can I amend and cancel my order?

Once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

  • How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and the billing and delivery address are verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Shipment times vary based on the destination country and the specific product. The estimated delivery time for each product is provided on the respective product page. Please review this information before completing your purchase.

  • How can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and track its status using our Orders Tracking Page.

  • What are the shipping charges like?

We offer Free Shipping for all Order above 50$. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the product. The shipping cost for your order will be displayed at checkout.

  • Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

  • What is your Returns & Refunds Policy?

  • I have not received my package, what should I do?
