RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Our refund policy protects you in case purchases don’t meet the agreed terms. Apply for a partial or full refund within 30 days of receiving products. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide refunds and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • All items must be returned within 30 days of receiving products.
  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole.
  • Original receipts would need to be included.

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refunds regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable.

1. REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • All items purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund as long as they meet our Returns Policy criteria.
  • Please note that shipping and processing fees are not refundable.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • All shipping and processing charges are not refundable.
  • Please note that all items that do not meet our Returns Policy criteria are not refundable.
  • No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs, and excise charges levied for overseas orders.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. We do not cover return shipping expenses. However, we will still process your return and offer a refund or store credit, if eligible, once we receive the returned items.

4. INITIATING A RETURN & REFUND

  1. Submit the First/Last Name + Email Address + Order Number you used at checkout to [email protected] to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return authorization and the necessary instructions.
  2. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
